Autosoft Global LLC is a technology company incorporated in Wyoming, United States. We develop and operate AI-powered software platforms, including Autosoft Voice and Autosoft Clinic, and provide enterprise automation services. These Terms govern your interaction with our corporate website. Product-specific terms are governed by separate agreements applicable to each product.

By accessing the Site, submitting a contact form, requesting a demo, subscribing to our communications, or otherwise interacting with Autosoft Global online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. Product Services and Separate Agreements

Access to and use of Autosoft's software products — including Autosoft Voice and Autosoft Clinic — is governed by separate Product Terms of Service and, where applicable, Data Processing Agreements and Business Associate Agreements. 6. Confidentiality of Inquiries

Information you voluntarily share with us through the Site — such as business requirements submitted via contact or demo request forms — is treated as confidential business information. We will not disclose such information to third parties except as required to respond to your inquiry or as required by law. AUTOSOFT GLOBAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOSOFT GLOBAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AUTOSOFT GLOBAL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autosoft Global LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights through your use of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class action claims are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Autosoft Global with respect to your use of the Site.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
